Absolutely nonsensical plot where people can live forever so rather than use birth control or age/child caps, the entire world decided on a specially selected class of serial killers who get to randomly murder anyone they want any way they want. This one has awards yet it is one of the worst books I've ever read. I’ve read the fault in our stars, looking for alaska, etc with high hopes, and it always end up underwhelming me. I was so ready for it to be awesome and the author just let me down. I hated that book, did not care about the so-called mystery, and all I remember about the book now was how much It talked about the mating rituals of swamp bugs. I honestly do not get the love for Where the Crawdads Sing. The ending felt bland and almost like it's being left in the middle.

Byebye to character developments to any of them. I felt like except Marianne, no other character was given any depth, not even Connell. Bro guess what, I did cry my eyes out, but only at how insanely bad this was. My friend really went on saying 'bro read Normal People, it's so sad and emotional you will cry your eyes out'. I had to check to make sure I had read the correct book because I disliked it so much.
